Corporate venture & innovation · Dubai

Six years. Four seats at the same table. One problem: making corporates and startups actually work together.

Accelerators inside the world's largest brewer. A $2.5M raise inside an early-stage fintech. Innovation programs delivered for Marico, L'Oréal, and Games24x7. Now an MBA with capstone work for G42 and JP Morgan. The seats change; the table doesn't.

02

The through-line

On paper it reads as four unrelated jobs. In practice it's the same problem, why corporate–startup collaboration fails, studied from every seat at the table: the corporate's, the startup's, the operator's, and the investor's.

2016–20

PES University · the builder’s seat

Computer science and systems engineering. The habit of thinking in systems (inputs, constraints, failure modes) that everything after runs on.

2021–22

AB InBev, Beer Garage · the corporate’s seat

Inside the venture arm of the world’s largest brewer: governance and tracking for 1,500+ startups across global accelerator editions. Learned firsthand why enterprise innovation stalls: governance and follow-through, not lack of ideas.

2022–23

Zoth · the startup’s seat

Chief of Staff at an early-stage fintech. Lived the other side of the table: a $2.5M pre-seed raise, data rooms, SAFT docs, and the pressure of runway.

2023–24

Scrib3 · the go-to-market seat

Owned the BD pipeline for five Web3 clients: the craft of turning a company’s work into an investment narrative someone funds.

2024–25

Startup Réseau · the operator’s seat

Ran the interface itself: designed and delivered the programs where both sides meet: TechXpedite for Games24x7, InnoWin Day for Marico, CXO matchmaking for Pluxee, Mitsui, and Capgemini.

2025–26

SP Jain MBA · the investor’s seat

The capital lens on all of it: valuation, portfolio management, risk. Capstone work sponsored by G42 and JP Morgan.
